Scheme is not valid in the States of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Kerala or any other prohibited State if covered during the scheme period mentioned at clause 2 herein below.
This is limited period offer by Dharampal Satyapal Limited (DSL) for select stocks of Rajnigandha Pan Masala bearing the manufacturing date between 1st September 2024 & 31st October 2024
Scheme valid only for Trade Partners buying from DSL's Authorised Distributors Only. This program is not applicable to employees of DSL or its Authorised Distributors.
Products available without this offer also. Participation is voluntary and without any fee.
Mere possession of this card doesn't entitle you to any gift. To claim gifts it is mandatory to register Scratch Cards on www.scheme.rajnigandha.com (Website).
To participate and further to claim the gift, such holder needs to compulsorily register himself on www.scheme.rajnigandha.com website and then input the details of Scratch Cards. Gift shall be displayed on the Website.
Holder can log in at any time with mobile number & OTP to see the details pertaining to his/her scratch card(s).
It is mandatory to furnish correct PAN details at the time of registration. It is also mandatory to furnish a copy of PAN/AADHAR Card to DSL for redemption of Gifts.
After submitting the Card (Whether containing the Gift or Try Again) details on the website, the Participant needs to submit the same Original Card to nearest Authorised Distributor or DSL's Sales Representative at its own expense and keep the counter foil safe with him/her for collection of Gift at a later date.
Last date for redemption of Scratch Card is 1st January 2025. Scratch Card shall not be entertained after that. Non-submission or late submission of Original Scratch Card shall make the Trade Partner forfeit his/her right by virtue of its own conduct.
DSL representative shall inform the likely dates of disbursement of the gift.
Scratch Card containing the Gift shall be endorsed with "Gift Claimed" stamp by DSL representative whenever presented for claiming the Gift during the scheme validity. Further, Participant needs to mandatorily signoff and provide the details required on the Acknowledgement Form, when receiving the Gift.
Register minimum 7 Scratch cards and earn Colour Cards that entitle you to Quantity Purchase Gift Scheme. To enrol in Quantity Purchase Gift, a minimum of 7 scratch cards need to be registered on Website.
Upon Registration of more scratch cards, Trade partners are eligible for Quantity Purchase Gift Scheme as mentioned on www.scheme.rajnigandha.com.
No photocopies, scan images, printouts and Torn/Damaged copies of the Scratch Card are allowed. DSL reserves the right to reject the Gift in the event of any counterfeit, morphed image of Scratch Card is used or mismatch of codes are present and decision of DSL shall be final in this regard.
Gift articles images are intended for illustrative purpose only. Color, Brands, Make, Model, Variant, Specifications etc. of the final Gift may differ.

This Scratch Card has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional value.
DSL shall not be responsible for any cost, expenses or others liability whatsoever connected with this Scratch Card scheme including any Income Tax, GST liability or Gift Tax.
Withholding tax @10% will be deducted from the payment in case the winning amount is 20,000 or more. PAN card details is mandatorily required to be provided in such cases, failing which withholding tax will be deducted @20%.
All disputes concerned with this Scratch Card scheme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi court only.
By scratching the Card and availing the offer, the Trade Partner acknowledges & agrees to the above terms and conditions.

QUANTITY PURCHASE GIFT SCHEME (QPGS)

Eligibility:
- Scheme is not valid in the states of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Kerala or any other prohibited state if covered during the scheme period.
- This is limited period offer by Dharampal Satyapal Limited (DSL) for select stocks of Rajnigandha, Rajnigandha Saffron or Rajnigandha Meetha Pan Masala Master Carton bearing the manufacturing date between 1st September 2024 & 31st October 2024.
- Scheme valid only for Trade Partners buying from DSL's Authorised Distributors only. Scheme is not applicable to employees of DSL or its Authorised Distributors.
- Participants must be 18 years of legal age or older to be eligible for this scheme. A valid PAN card is mandatory for participation.
Registration and Participation:
- To participate, Trade partner must create or log into an existing account on Rajnigandha scheme website (www.scheme.rajnigandha.com) and register their Scratch cards (of scheme - Festive Celebrations 2024).
- Participants must register a minimum of 7 scratch cards to enrol in the scheme and start earning gifts.
- Participants must register all of their Scratch cards on the website by 31st December, 2024. No scratch card registration after this date will be valid.

Gift Eligibility:

Colour Cards:
- Colour Cards represent different levels within the scheme, based on the number of scratch cards you register. Each Colour Card corresponds to a specific number of registered scratch cards, and the higher the Colour Card level, the higher value gift you are eligible to receive.
- Participants must accumulate the minimum required number of scratch cards to earn each Colour Card. Upgrading to the next Colour Card level will only occur once the required number of scratch cards has been registered.
- If you reach a particular Colour Card level, you will be notified through the website.
- No individual gifts for each of the previous Colour Cards will be given; only one gift based on the highest Colour card (achieved in the cycle) will be awarded.
One Cycle Completion Upon completion of one full cycle (49 scratch cards and one Red Card), participants can begin a new cycle.
Cycle of 49 scratch cards can be completed multiple times, for every complete cycle, one Red card level gift will be awarded
Gifts as applicable shall be displayed on the Website.

Gift Disbursement:
- Participants are entitled to get only one gift per cycle. For the last cycle, the gift will be based on the final Colour Card level as of 1st January, 2025.
- Gifts earned under the scheme will be disbursed after 1st January 2025. The disbursement date is subject to change at the discretion of DSL.
- Gifts will be sent to registered address of the winner within the stipulated time frame.
- The gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
Other Terms & Conditions:
- Participant can log in at any time with mobile number & OTP to see the gift details pertaining to his/her scratch card(s).
