Scheme is not valid in the States of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Kerala or any other prohibited State if covered during the scheme period mentioned at clause 2 herein below.
This is limited period offer by Dharampal Satyapal Limited (DSL) is for select stocks of Rajnigandha Pan Masala and Tansen Supreme Pan Masala bearing the manufacturing date between 1st September 2023 - 31st October 2023. Every Master Carton manufactured in this period shall have a Scratch Card inside the carton.
Scheme valid only for Trade Partners buying from DSL Authorised Distributors Only.
Products available without this scheme also. Participation is voluntary and without any fee.
To participate and further to claim the gift as shown on Scratch card, such holder needs to compulsorily register himself on scheme.rajnigandha.com and then input the details of Scratch Cards. Holder can log in at any time with mobile number & OTP to see the details pertaining to his/her scratch card(s).
After submitting the Card (Whether containing the Gift or Try Again) details on the website, the Winner needs to submit the same Original Card to nearest Authorized Distributor or DSL’s Sales Representative at its own expense and keep the counter foil safe with him/her for collection of Gift at a later date.
Last date for redemption of Scratch Card is 31st Dec 2023. Scratch Card shall not be entertained after that. Non-submission or late submission of Original Scratch Card shall make the Trade Partner forfeit his/her right by virtue of its own conduct.
DSL representative shall inform the likely dates of disbursement of Gift.
Scratch Card containing the Gift shall be endorsed with “Gift Claimed” stamp by DSL representative whenever presented for claiming the Gift during the scheme validity. Further, Winner needs to mandatorily signoff and provide the details required on the Acknowledgement Form, when receiving the Gift.
At least 20 Scratch Cards needs to be registered on website to ensure that trade partners can claim Virtual Scratch Coupon.
Once such 20 Scratch Cards details are uploaded, Virtual Scratch Coupon shall be issued virtually and updated on the individual account profile at website i.e. scheme.rajnigandha.com. The account holder needs to scratch the same virtually upon which the system shall randomly display the name of item, which may be any one of the Gift as depicted on the Original Scratch Card.
No photocopies, scan images, printouts and Torn/Damaged copies of the Scratch Card are allowed. DSL reserves the right to reject the Gift in the event of any counterfeit, morphed image of Scratch Card is used or mismatch of codes are present and decision of DSL shall be final in this regard.
Gift articles images are intended for illustrative purpose only. Color, Brands, Make, Model, Variant, Specifications etc. of the final Gift may differ. Only one (1) Gift as mentioned after scratching will be given.
Rajnigandha® Products are redeemable on MRP (incl. of all taxes) basis only.
The Scratch Card has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional value.
Company shall not be responsible for any cost, expenses or others liability whatsoever connected with this Scratch Card scheme including any Income Tax, GST liability or Gift Tax.
It is mandatory to furnish copy of AADHAR Number or PAN to the company for redemption of Gift.
Withholding tax @10% will be deducted from the payment in case the winning amount is 20,000 or more. PAN card details is mandatorily required to be provided in such cases, failing which withholding tax will be deducted @20%.
Company Reserves the right to modify or withdraw the scheme without notice. The Company decision regarding the same shall be final, binding and abiding for all
All disputes concerned with this Scratch Card scheme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi court only.
By scratching the Card and availing the offer, the Trade Partner acknowledges & agrees to the above terms and conditions.
