To participate in Rajnigandha Samriddhi Scheme 2025 and further to claim the gift, such scratch‑card holder needs to compulsorily register himself on  scheme.rajnigandha.com website and then input the details of Scratch Cards. Gift shall be displayed on the website.

1. This Scheme is not valid in the States of Maharashtra or any other State prohibiting the sale of Pan Masala.
2. This Scheme is only valid for Trade Partners purchasing from DSL's Distributors and does not applicable for employees of DSL or its Distributors.
3. Redemption of Scratch Card shall be valid till 15th Oct, 2025. Scratch Card shall not be entertained after that. Non-submission or late submission of Original Scratch Card shall make the Trade Partner forfeit his/her right by virtue of its own conduct.
4. Participation is voluntary and without any fee. Products available without this offer also. This is limited period offer till stock last.
5. Mere possession of this card doesn't entitle you to any gift. To claim gifts it is mandatory to register Scratch Cards on https://scheme.rajnigandha.com website.
6. Scratch Card Holder can log in at any time with registered mobile number (RMN) & OTP to see the details pertaining to his/her scratch card(s).
7. It is mandatory to furnish correct PAN details at the time of registration. It is also mandatory to furnish a copy of PAN & AADHAR Card to DSL for redemption of Gifts. Participant must be 18 years of legal age or older to be eligible for this scheme.
8. For receiving the Cashback reward, scratch card holder’s Name on Pan Card should be exactly same as the Name mentioned in his Bank Account /UPI account.
9. After submitting the Card (whether containing the Gift or Try Again) details on the website, the Participant needs to submit the same Original Card to nearest Authorized Distributor or DSL's Sales Representative at his/her own expense and keep the counter foil safe with him/her for collection of Gift at a later date.
10. DSL representative shall inform the likely dates and location of disbursement of Gift.
11. Once gift claim from winner is verified, gift will be sent to the Distributor/Super-Stockist/Depot. Winner has to collect the gift from the location of gift disbursement as informed by DSL representative. The Winner must collect the gift in-person. Before handing over the gift, Identity of the Winner shall be verified through Aadhar and with their original PAN card registered on https://scheme.rajnigandha.com
12. All expenses to travel to reach the location of gift disbursement and subsequently transfer the gift to their own address shall be borne solely by the Winner. All such travel is at the sole risk of Winner including transit of gift.
13. Presented Scratch Card shall be endorsed with “Gift Claimed” stamp by DSL representative whenever presented for claiming the Gift during the scheme validity. Further, participant needs to mandatorily signoff and provide the details required on the provided “Acknowledgement Form”, when receiving the Gift.
14. To enroll in Quantity Purchase Gift Scheme (QPGS), a minimum of 6 scratch cards need to be registered on Website.
15. Upon Registration of more scratch cards, Trade partners are eligible for QPGS as mentioned on https://scheme.rajnigandha.com
16. No photocopies, scan images, printouts and Torned/Damaged copies of the Scratch Card are allowed. DSL reserves the right to reject the Gift in the event of any counterfeit, morphed image of Scratch Card is used or mismatch of codes are present and decision of DSL shall be final in this regard.
17. Gift articles images are intended for illustrative purpose only. Color, Brands, Make, Model, Variant, Specifications etc. of the final Gift may differ.
18. Winner/Claimant cannot exchange/claim for cash/credit note in lieu of the gift. The Scratch Card has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
19. DSL shall not be responsible for any cost, expenses or others liability whatsoever connected with this Scratch Card scheme including but not limited to any Income Tax, GST liability, Freight or Gift Tax.
20. Withholding tax @10% will be deducted from the payment in case the winning amount is 20,000 or more. PAN card details is mandatorily required to be provided in such cases, failing which withholding tax will be deducted @20%.
21. All disputes concerned with this Scratch Card scheme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi court only.
22. By scratching the Card and availing the offer, the claimant acknowledges & agrees to the above terms and conditions & gives “consent” to share and use his/her personal data as per DPDP Act & Rules.
23. For details of this Scheme, please ask for the same from your local Authorized Distributor or DSL’s Sales Representative.
24. User account data on this website will be accessible for one year following the end of the scheme.
